Whilst the Under 10's basked in their victory over remainder of the weekend, the club received a very satisfying email from the Hartley De Sales Under 10's manger, Jason Lyons, the email read:

"Hi I am manager of Hartley De Sales under 10s and we played your under 10s in a tournament final today in Paddock wood.
I just wanted you to please pass on my thanks to your manager today for playing 5v5 when we lost a player through sickness and also a special mention to all your team that consoled our stand in goalkeeper at the end. It was a special moment that I will never forget, the boys were more interested in comforting our goalkeeper than celebrating their win. They are an absolute credit to their families and also your coaches. They also played some great football and fully deserved the victory. Can you please pass on my message to your coach. Many thanks Jason."

The attitude displayed by our Under 10's with their kindness and true Sportmanship is the real reason to celebrate here!
