As a Club we are introducing the FA's "Respect" campaign throughout all sections of our Club. We recognise the need to encourage and foster the correct atmosphere at all our games so that everyone involved be they players,coaches, officials or spectators can enjoy our National game to the full.

We will be re-introducing Codes of Conduct for everyone involved in our teams as well as ' Designated Spectator Areas' on all pitches. Team captains and Vice-captains will be nominated and they too will have a vital and increasing role to play on the pitch.

We are fortunate at Rusthall in having fully qualified Referee's for most games and as a Club
we need to make sure that they are Respected at all times as No Ref = No Game.
