Finlay, aged 22, arrives with a strong non-league pedigree and plenty of experience across various levels of English football. He began his career with Bromley FC, signing his first professional contract in 2021 and featuring as part of their squad during their successful FA Trophy campaign, where he notably scored the only goal in a Third Round win at Dover Athletic.

While at Bromley, Lovatt also gained valuable playing time through loan spells at a number of clubs including Billericay Town, Bognor Regis Town, Merstham, Walton & Hersham and Corinthian-Casuals.

Across his career so far, he’s demonstrated a knack for getting on the scoresheet — including goals for Beckenham Town and a brace in an Isthmian League South East Division fixture for East Grinstead Town.
