Back to league action this weekend as we travel to Bexleyheath to take on Phoenix Sports.
The game will represent a chance for the Rustics to get back into playoff chasing form after a poor February.
Flying high off the back of Tuesday night's Semi-Final win there is no better tonic. It's fair to say the performance was easily the best we have put in since THAT 2nd half vs Tunbridge Wells.
Phoenix will be looking to put the disappointment of losing to lower league opposition, AFC Greenwich, on Tuesday behind them. They will however be buoyed by their recent league form, unbeaten in 8 with strong wins against Larkfield and Stansfeld. There are also credible draws vs Whitstable and Bearsted in that impressive run, only Fisher and Whitstable have longer unbeaten runs.
Rusthall will have to be wary of the threat posed from Lyle Della-Verde who is their top scorer this season, beating the departed Jerson Dos Santos who left for struggling East Grinstead earlier in the season.
One thing to bear in mind is the lack of games Phoenix have played since January, Tuesday night was only their 2nd game in just over a month. Will they be fresh or will they be lacking match sharpness, there's only one way to find out BE THERE
